Rooted in Community

The communities we serve are at the heart of who we are. That's why Innovative Ag Services is taking our commitment to community involvement to the next level with our new Rooted in Community initiative and employee shirts. The design reflects a simple but powerful message: just as strong roots support healthy growth, strong communities help us all thrive.

The new shirts have already made appearances across our trade area, including local community parades and events, helping showcase the pride IAS employees have in the towns and communities they call home.

Being rooted in our communities means more than supporting local organizations through donations and sponsorships. Across our cooperative, employees are giving their time and talents to make a difference every day. Team members volunteer at local food pantries, work concession stands to support schools and youth organizations, answer volunteer fire department calls, serve on community boards and committees, coach youth sports, support local fundraisers, and participate in countless activities that strengthen the communities where our members live and work.

As a member-owned cooperative, IAS understands that investing in our communities helps create vibrant places to live, work, and raise families. The Rooted in Community initiative is a reminder that our commitment extends beyond our facilities and fields. It is reflected in the people who proudly wear the IAS logo and give back throughout the year.

We are proud of the many employees who make a positive impact in their communities and grateful to be part of communities that continue to support local agriculture and cooperative values. Together, we remain Rooted in Community.
